Cooking Instructions:
Defrost: Place steaks in refrigerator overnight or place unopened steaks
in cold water for approximately 30 minutes.
Grill: Remove steaks from sealed pouch. Place steaks on hot grill. Grill
for 6 minutes, turn over steak, grill steaks for 6 more minutes. Turn back the
first side down on the grill and grill for another 5 to 6 minutes each side.
Grill for a total of 10 to 12 minutes a side.
Broil: Remove steaks from sealed pouch. Place on broiler pan in preheated
oven. Broil 8-9 minutes, turn, broil for 7 more minutes.
Note: Steaks are marinated. No need to season! Cooking times may differ
due to temperature variations of heat source.
