Cooking Instructions:
Defrost: Place steaks in refrigerator overnight or place unopened
steaks in cold water for approximately 30 minutes.
Grill: Remove steaks from sealed pouch. Place steaks on hot grill.
Grill for 2 minutes on both sides to preserve the flavor and juices, then finish up by grilling 6 to 8 minutes each side. Grill for a total of 8 to 10 minutes a side.
Broil: Remove steaks from sealed pouch. Place on broiler pan in
preheated oven. Broil 2 minutes on each side to preserve flavor and juices then 5-7 minutes to finish up on both sides.
