Cooking Instructions:
Defrost: Place steaks in refrigerator overnight or place unopened steaks
in cold water for approximately 30 minutes.
Grill: Remove steaks from sealed pouch. Place steaks on hot grill. Grill for 3 minutes on each side to sear the steak. Which will hold the juice and flavor inside while you finish grilling.
Then grill 12 minutes on each END of the steak including BONE end. Turn steak on the flat side and grill 18 minutes on each side. Then turn back the first flat side down and grill another 10 to 15 minutes on each side. Grill for a total of 30 to 35 minutes a side. Or until desire wellness.
